Deeper Than You is a quarterly art exhibition featuring works of emerging Gold Coast artists.
|:| Feature Artists |:|
The purpose for Deeper Than You revolves around the idea of needing more than just yourself to create a cultural movement. The artist thrives in an environment of culture, innovation and diversity. To create this pulse of culture the artist cannot do this alone, it is deeper than them. The nature of exhibition provides opportunity to bring together eyes to witness the artwork of emerging Gold Coast artists fighting for their practice in their make-shift studios. The artist finds themselves in a place where they are devoted to their practice though with few around them who understand why they do it. To celebrate the enigma of a thriving art culture on the Gold Coast, Deeper Than You is a flagpole for the art that is emerging from unlikely places.
Deeper Than You is a one night only art exhibition on Wednesday the 14th of November. There will be an intimate live music set, food trucks and open bars. It is a free event that is family friendly. All artists will be present on the night to discuss their art to interested ears.
