MIAMI BOOZE TRADERS "WIN YOUR WEDDING COCKTAILS" PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is Miami Booze Traders ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • Entrants must be planning a wedding taking place between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2027.

  • Employees of the Promoter, associated agencies, participating retailers, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 3:00pm AEST on Tuesday. 16 June 2026 and closes at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday, 16 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotional Period:
a) Purchase one (1) bottle of Lilly Pilly Gin or Juniper Queen Gin from a participating Dan Murphy's store;
b) Complete the online competition entry form;
c) Upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt); and
d) Provide all requested contact details.

Entries without valid proof of purchase will be deemed invalid.

5. Participating Stores

Only purchases made at selected Dan Murphy's stores listed by the Promoter qualify for entry. The list of participating stores will be available on the promotion website.

6. Multiple Entries

Entrants may submit multiple entries; however, each entry must be accompanied by a separate eligible purchase and unique receipt.

7. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive $5,000 AUD worth of Miami Booze Traders premium pre-mixed and batched cocktails for use at their 2026/27 wedding.

  • The prize consists solely of Miami Booze Traders products as determined by the Promoter.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Any costs associated with the wedding event not expressly stated, including venue costs, staffing, glassware, permits, transport beyond the Promoter's nominated delivery area, or additional beverages, are the responsibility of the winner.

8. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw conducted on Wednesday 22 July 2026 at the Promoter's premises.

  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.

  • The winner's name may be published on the Miami Booze Traders website and social media channels.

9. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed after 14 days from the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.

10. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including proof of identity, age, proof of purchase, and wedding details. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and handling their personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or prize.

13. Alcohol Consumption

Entrants acknowledge that alcohol should be consumed responsibly. The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol.

14. Permit Requirements

Where required under relevant Australian state or territory legislation, trade promotion permits will be obtained by the Promoter prior to the commencement of the promotion, and permit numbers will be published in these Terms and Conditions.

15. Promoter's Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the promotion.
